Normally served coated in a delicious meat ragu, traditional regional recipes include: Umbria -Fettuccine is served on Christmas Eve tossed with honey and walnuts; Abruzzo – served with pickled vegetables. Cooks in 10 minutes.San Remo is prouldy Australian Family Owned.

Durum Wheat Semolina (Gluten).

Usage Instructions

Add pasta and 1 Tbsp. of salt to 5 litres of boiling water, cook for 10 minutes or to taste.

Store in a cool, dry place.
